Shipping policy

At Small Town Clothing, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because each product is printed to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's destination, size, and shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@smalltownclothing.com. We'll do our best to update your address before your order enters production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@smalltownclothing.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Small Town Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
